Ben Biggerstaff: Head Coach
Ben is a Level 3 NICA coach, L3 USA Cycling coach and has 20 years off-road racing experience which include both local and national podium finishes. He is passionate about maximizing athletes performance in smart and fun ways. Married since 2003 to his high school sweetheart, they have two teenage kiddos. He believes most of life’s greatest lessons can be learned on the bike and looks for opportunities to point them out. Along with a group of assistant coaches, sponsors and volunteers he seeks to bring the best out of each athlete on and off the bike.

Mike is a L3 NICA coach with decades of race experience that has branched out to his favorite kind of racing, off-road endurance! From 50-100mi mountain bike races to 5 day stage races like Breck Epic, Mike usually crushes the 60+ category on his single speed!

Jason is our Training Peaks Guru and cornering skills master. He is married and father of two ripping fast TRIBE members. Jason embodies positivity and is always ready to give a hug.
STEVE OHRMUND Asst Coach
STEVE OHRMUND: Assistant Coach
Steve is a L3 NICA coach who loves to help junior athletes get faster, fitter and enjoy the freedom that a bike can provide. Along with his wife Linda he parents two budding off-road racing boys on the TRIBE squad. Steve loves good data and a spreadsheet and you can bet he is having Mexican food for dinner.
ERIN GREEN Nutrition
Erin Green: Ride Leader and Nutrition.
Erin is a Registered Sports Dietitian and former Professional Triathlete. Over 16 years as a practicing RDN with a background in Sports Science, she energetically promotes principles of total wellness as an avenue to a healthful and gratifying way of life.
Erin’s favorite activity is “anything outside,” which can help to inspire others. It is with this grounded approach that Erin fosters individualized nutrition. Erin’s philosophy is based on the notion that people must find enjoyment and balance in their lifestyles in order to perpetuate positive changes.

ZACH BRADDOCK Strength/Conditioning
Zach Braddock: Conditioning.
Zach, PT, DPT, SCS is a doctor of physical therapy specializing in sports medicine and sports performance. He is a board certified sports specialist as well as a certified personal trainer through the NSCA.
Zach received his bachelor's degree in architecture from Ball State University and doctorate of physical therapy from Regis University. He then completed a sports physical therapy residency with St. Luke's Health System. He has been working as a strength and conditioning coach for more than 10 years and has worked extensively with youth, high school, and collegiate athletes across a variety of sport spectrums. He also worked for the National Park Service and acted as a first responder for rescue missions in the Tetons.
In his free time, you'll find Zach in the mountains: ski mountaineering, climbing, mountain biking, and trail running.
